Our whiskey starts it’s distillation in hand-hammered copper pot stills, crafted with expertise from the heart of Scotland. Copper stills have seen centuries of whiskey-making, and they bring that legacy to our liquid. But what truly sets Bear Fight apart as an American Single Malt Whiskey is our inventive filtration and finishing process, all happening right here in America.

Each of our barrels represents the culmination of the world's finest distilling, aged to perfection in the ideal American climate.
